Duvall’s Horse Won At Crown Point

Duvall Bros.’ pacing horse Raymore had no difficulty in disposing of his field in three straight heats at Crown Point Wednesday in the 2:35 pace, winning in 2:19i, 2:19i and 2:171. Several Rensselaer parties saw the race, including P. VV. Clarke, Jesse Nichols, Ed Harris, Jack Garraty and Louie Mustard, the latter, having once owned and trained the horse. John Duvall drove Raymore and it is said had to hold him back to keep him from going in 2:15. The winning purse was $l5O. Raymore will start Friday in the 2:25 pace and it is expected he will also win that. Judge Hanley’s colt started Thurs and several Rensselaer parties will be on hand to see the race.
