On the same day that Judge Landis fined the Standard Oil Company be issued a perpetual injunction restraining the Anferican Seating Company from operating as a trust. .The eoncerns operating under this name had been found guilty of violating the anti-trust law by combining to monopolize tit) school furniture business through agreements with school boards throughout the country. The order was not fought by counsel for trust, as it was contended that the practices complained of bad been stopped.
