Fendig- Watson, Wedding.
Two of Rensselaer's best known and most highly esteemed young people, Mr> Benjamin F. Fendig, the druggist, and Miss Ella Watson, were united in marriage last Wednesday morning, August 21, 19C7, at the home of the bride’s mother, Mrs. Kate R. Watson, on Milroy avenue The ceremony took place promptly at eight o’clock and was performed by Rev. Edward Baecb, of Delphi, an uncle of the bride, assisted by Rev. A. Golden Work, of South Chicago. Only the immediate members of the two families were present. The newly wedded couple took the 9:55 a. m. train for Chicago and intended to go as far as Milwaukee that day, and from there go to St. Paul and Minneapolis for a few days, and thence to Duluth, where they will take a lake steamer to return by way of Lakes Superior and Michigan. They will be away aoout ten days to two weeks.
