Death of George W. Pullins.

John Pullins and family received notice on Saturday morning of the death on Thursday Aug. 15th, of their son, George W. Pullins, at Spokane, Wash. The notice reached here by mail, having come as a telegram from Spokane to Chicago, where, owing to the strike it could not be transmitted and was mailed. No information was given in the telegram as to the cause of death, and it is thought not improbable that he was killed by some accident, as his parents had not been notified of his sickness He was 26 years of age and leaves a wife and a 3 months-old girl baby. He went from here to Spokane about a year ago and worked there at the carpenter t”ade. The telegram asked instructions about shipping the body here for burial, but telegraphic reply could not be made and it is thought quite probable he remains will be brought liere, but it can not be leai ned'Vhen to expect them.
