Another High School Resignation.

Pi of. Ray C. Wood worth, who taught physics and chemistry in the high school last year, was here Friday night to see members of the school board and endeavor to secure his release from his contract to teach here this year. - f - k Prof. Woodworth stated that he had an offer from Kewanna, 111., at $95 a month, whereas he was only to receive 880 here, but that he would remain here if Superintendent Warren and the school board insisted. The matter was finally left to Superintendent Warren who released Prof. Wood worth from his contract. No effort has so far been made-to fill the place. Ross Dean has been offered the place taught by Miss Marshall last year, and will probably accept it. He is still at Winona.
