Notice of Resolution for Sidewalk. Van Rensselaer Street. Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Rensselaer, Indiana, at a regular meeting held on the 12th day of construction of a cement sidewalk in said city upon the following described route, towit: Commencing on the easterly side of Van Rensselaer Street, in said city, at the intersectipn of the easterly side of Van Rensselaer Street with the northerly side of Susan Street and atjhe southwesterly corner of Out Lot 76, and running thence northwesterly along the the easterly side of Van Rensselaer Street in front of Out Lots 76, 77 and 74 to the southerly end of the cement sidewalk now constructed on the easterly side of Van Rensselaer Street in front of Out Lots 69. 70 and 73. Notice is therefore hereby given that the Common Council of said city will meet in the Council Chamber in the courthouse in Rensselaer, Indiana, on the 9th day of September, 1907, at 7:30 o’clock p. tn., at which time all persons whose property may be affected by such proposed sidewalk improvement may be heard as to the necessity for the same.
