Nottce is hereby given that the undersigned as superintendent of Ditch Cause No. 3692 of the Jasper Court Commissioners known as the Garrison & Horton ditch, will let the work in the construction thereof, by contract to the lowest and best bidder at my office in the Court House in the City of Rensselaer, Jasper County, Indiana, on Wednesday, August 10th. Such contractor shall give bond to the approval of the undersigned and enter into a contraot for the construction thereof as required by law. Said ditch was ordered constructed under the act of April 15th, 1906 Reference is made to said cause and to the ieport and order book entries in reference thereto.
