Rensselaer Semi-Weekly Republican, Volume 39, Number 94, Rensselaer, Jasper County, 30 July 1907 — TRUST COMPANY AS RECEIVER [ARTICLE]

TRUST COMPANY AS RECEIVER

The Jasper Saving and Trust Co. was appointed receiver by Judge Hanley in vacation, on Monday morning, for the Right & Co. general store, at Fair Oaks. The store was owned by Isaac Right and Rodney H. Dodge, and Mr. Kight has continued to run it since Mr. Dodge’s death in February. Mr. Kight waived the privilege of continuing the store under his own management and asked the appointment ot a receiver to adjust the business with the Dodge heirs. The store will be closed pending an invoice and the Trust Co. will then place some one, and probably Mr. Right, in charge.
