The City of Traverse, according to information given out in Hammond yesterday by a member of the Smith-Perry White syndicate, has been sold to the Graham & Morton Steamship Company at Chieago. It will be used as a lake freighter through the Great Lakes. The Traverse now lies anchored in South Chicago harbor. All members of Milroy Circle of the Ladies G. A.R., are requested to solicit contributions for the market for the benefit of the Relief fund of tho order, to be held Saturday, August 3rd.
