Another Injunction Case From Newton County.
The Newton county attorneys seem to have pretty nearly gone to seed on the “government by injunction” idea, as they aie some of them showing up before Judge Hanley every little while with an applicati jn for an —inj unction of some kind or another. Friday there was such an application before him growing out of a bitter family row in the Duclos family, of near Beaver City. It seems that two or three years ago John Duclos was granted a divorce from his wife Fannie. He then spent some time in the northwest and came back and he and his former wife were remarried. They were very happy for a short time, then trouble began again and this time the wife wants a divorce. Judge’ Hanley heard the evidence but is holding the case under advisement until their next term of court. Tn the meantime Mr. Dudos wants to visit or have possession of a four year old son he is much attached to, but when he comes aroundj the house, there is apt to be something doing, for great bitterness of feeling exists in the family. Therefore an injunction was asked for by Mrs. Duclos to enjoin Mr. Duclos from attempting to visit the child until after the pending divorce case was decided. —x-
The Judge instead of granting an injunction issued an interlocutory order permitting Mr. Duclos to vigit the boy at certain times and under proper guard., He can visit him from Bto 11 a. m. on Thursdays and Sundays only, and in company with either Ed W olf or Wesley Bagley. R. O. Graves and Herman Rogers, both of Morocco, were the attorneys representing the respective parties at the hearing.
