Senator Beveridge Will Marry Again

Senator Albert J. Beveridge, of Indiana, will soon take to himself a second wife, he having been a widower for some years. He is now traveling in Europe with his future bride, who is said to be very wealthy. The following press dispatch from Berlin concerning the Senator’s wedding, appears in today’s papers: Berlin, July 15.—The marriage of Senator Albert J. Beveridge and Miss Catherine Eddy, of Chicago, will take place August 7 at the American embassy in this city, where Miss Eddy’s brother, Spencer F. Eddy, is secretary of the embassy. The original plan had been to have the wedding in Chicago next October, but Miss Eddy hadito come abroad with her mother, (who is in bad health, and it was decided to have the ceremony performed here. It is not known whether the senator and his bride will go to Indianapolis and occupy their new home in that city before going to Washington, but it is not thought that they will.
