The amended preliminary report as filed by said drainage commissioners have located the line of said improvement on the following described route, to-wit:' Commcndi g at a point 70 rods north and 30 feet east of the north west corner of the-seutheast quarter of section 10. township 31, noith, tange 6 west in Jasper County, Indiana, thence east following in the line of the Jungles di'ch to stake 40, thence south to stake 86. thence south easterly along the line of the Jungles ditch to stake 132 and From said stake 132 the ditch leaves the Jungles Di ch in a due southwest direction to a point too feet south of the northwest corner of the northeast quarter of section 5, township 30 north, range 6 west, thence in a general southerly direction to the public ditch known as the Comer Ditch and following the line of the Comer Di' ch to a large dredge ditch known as the Gifford Ditch, being state 434 plus 50 of this improvement and from thence south westerly following the line of the Gifford dredge ditch to the Gifford Lateral to the Iroquois River Ditch where the same will have a good and sufficient outlet. Therefore, you and each of you are notified of the filing of said petition and the amended preliminary reportas of July 2, 1907 and that said cause was continued for objections under the statute and continued generally to the August Term, 1907 of this Board when the same will come up again for hearing. Notice of Ditch Assessment. Ditch No. 3692. In the matter of collecting assessments on the Garrison and Horton Ditch, Cause No. 3692, in Commissioners* Court*6T’Jasper County, Indiana. Notice is hereby given to Joseph Sigman, Firza Garrison, Joseph Shertz, Sterns FIliff, William F. Horton, A. A. McQxnn, Jordon Township Public Roads, ChaL E. Sage, Trustee. You are hereby notified that under the statute you will be required to pay ten per centum of your assessments on the Garrison and Horton Ditch improvement each month from July Ist, 1907, and that such payments shall be made to the undersigned, a» Superintendent of said improvement, at the County Surveyer’s Office, Jasper County, Indiana, and that such assessments shall be paid every three months, commencing the first payment September Ist, 1907, and thereafter every three months thirty per cent until enough has been paid to pay for the construction of said improvement and ill expenses connected therewith.
