Top Dressing to Be Screened.

The Connty Commissioners made au order in the disputed matter of the character of the material to be used as top dressing for the new rock roads'in Remington and Carpenter township, which will probably be accepted by parties, and the work be soon resumed. Their order is that all such material shall first be ruu over a screen witn half inch mesh, before it is placed on the road. • - > The contractors have contended for the use of the dust from the crusher without screening, and the road superintendent has insisted on material no smaller than an inch in size.
