Fowler Wreck Case Settled.

The claim of Mrs. Fannie Price, of Long Beach, Cal., against the Big Four railroad for the death of her husband, Henry A. Price, who was killed in a collision at Fowler on January 19 while he was on his way to Lafayette to visit his sister, has been settled. Mr. Price was ridingjn the combination car just back of the engine and his body was cremated. Mrs. Price was appointed administratrix of her bus band’s estate by the court **t Los Angeles, Cal., and brougtit suit in the United States court at Indianap olis against the railroad company for SIO,OOO damages.
