It is not a great moral cleanup, but a clean-up of actual filth. Each householder has been given a card reading ‘‘My Yard and Alley are Clean; are Yours?’' It is plain that most self respecting property owners will hasten to enlighten to make themselves eligible to show up tbfir cards so tLajb he who runs may read. The small boys are to be paid for gathering garbage. Altogether it is propos ea to make cleanliness a religion, and a good religion it is.
