Teachers’ Rates Settled.
Secietary Shepard, of the National Educational association, has announced that all the objections to the rates of fare to and from the convention to be held at Los Angeles have been finally adjusted. Under the arrangements as they now stand tickets will,be sold for one fare for the round trip, bur they will be valid ted only at Lx> Angeles, and they -wili > not be validated until ther ticket hold* r has paid, at Los Angeles, the 12 necessary to acquit a membership in the Rational Educational association. The railroads will not have anything to do with the collection of this $2, which mast be paid to representatives ot the as sociation.
