The idea is to have a dynamo that the smaller engine at the power house | could pull, after midnight, to save | the expense of running the large engine, and also to be prepared for etuergiencies, in case the large dyI namo or the large -engine sh r nld I break down. The sewer construction contract with Thrawls & Osborne, on Cullen I and Forest, and College and Vine streets, was approved. A catch basin was ordered iu at i the south end of Cullen street, near Prof. Warren’s residence. Some new side walk was oidered on Franklin street, north of the railroad.

The sewer committee was ordered to investigate the reported need of catch basins on Snsan streets, asked for by certain citizens.
