Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will receive sealed bids for the construction of the John W. Humes et al. ditch, cause No. 5551, of the Commissioner’s Court, to which reference is had, on Monday, July Bth, IW7, at the residence of said John W. Humes, in Union Township, Jasper County, Indiana. The line of ditch is to be of two-foot tile, size 10, 12, 14, and IB inch. I reserve the right to reject any and all bids. The person whose bid is accepted shall be required to enter into a written contract for the construction of said ditch as per plans and specifications and to give a bond as required by law in such cases.
