Notice of Resolution for Sifffwalk—West Side Cullen Street. Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Rensselaer, Indiana, at a regular meeting held on the 10th day of June, 1907, pissed a resolution for the construction of a cement sidewalk in said city upon the following-described route, towiu Commencing on the westerly side of Cullen Street at the southeasterly corner of Lot 3, in Block 9, of the Original Plat of said city, and running thence northerly along the westerly side of said Cullen Street and in front of Lots I, 2, and 3, in said Block 9, to the northeasterly corner of said Lot 1 in said Block 9. - ■ —— Notice is therefore hereby given that the Common Council of said City will meet in the Council Chamber at the Court House, in Rensselaer, Indiana, on the Bth Day of Joly, 1907, At 8 o’clock p. m., at which time persons whose property may be affected by such proposed improvement may be heard as to the necessity for the same. Humes et al. ditch, cause No. 5561, of the Commissioner’s Court, to which reference is had, on Monday, July Bth, at the residence of said John W. Humes, in Union Township, Jasper County, Indiana. The line of ditch is to be of two-foot tile, size Ify 12, 14, and 16 inch. I reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
