' Notice To Bond Holders 1 . ■Il Notice is hereby given to the owners of the Bonds issued by the City of Rensselaer, Indiana, on January 13th, 1902 for the improvement of Harrison Street from Van Rensselaer to Cullen Streets, in said City, that there has been paid into the Treasury of said City the sum of four hundred and twenty-five $425.00 dollars, applicable to the payment of all the Bonds not due (being five in number and for the sum of $117.70 each.) Notice of Ditch Sale. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will receive sealed bids for the construction of the John W. Humes et al. ditch, cause No. 5551, of the Commissioner’s Court, to which reference is had, on Monday, July Bth, IW7, at the residence of said John W. Humes, in Union Township, Jasper County, Indiana. The line of ditch is to be of two-foot tile, size 10, 12, 14, and 16 inch. I reserve the right to reject any and all bids. The person whose bid is accede 1 shall be required to enter into a written contract for the construction of said ditch as per plans and specifications and to give a bond as required by law in such cases.
