CLASSIFIED ADVERTISING.

The use of classified advertising has grown eo extensively with The Republican and especially with the Daily, that we have decided to conduct a special department for this class of advertising, and in that manner to keep the ads separate from the news columns and yet in a place where they can readily be found without looking the entire paper over. Often there are things we all want to advertise; we may have something of only little valne that is in our own way bnt that we think some one might be able to use and it may be the very thing some one else is looking for. The class! fled columns of a newspaper is then the best agent for maxing the transfer. Things lost, found, wanted, for sale, for rent, positions wanted, and all the needs of all the people til the time, can be advertised in the classified columns with reasonable expectation of getting adequate returns. Hereafter when in donbt, try a classified ad.
