Notice Te Bond Holders Notice it hereby given to the owners of the Bonds issued by the City of Rensselaer, Indiana, on January 13th, 1902 for the improvement of Harrison Street from Van Rensselaer to Cullen Streets, in satd City, that there has been paid into the Treasury-of said City the sum of four hundred and twenty-five of all the Bonds not due (being five in number and for the sum of $117.70 each.) Notice is therefore hereby given that said sum of lour hundred and twenty-five $425.06 dollar;, will be paidon Julyist, 1907 on all Bonds not due, on presentation of said bonds at the office of said Treasurer on said date, and that- no interest will be allowed or paid after July Ist, 1907 on said bonds not due and upon which the said sum of $425.00 is desired to be paid as provided by Section Six (6) of an Act of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana, approved March nth, 1901: Acts 1901, pages 537, 538 and 529. Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Rensselaer, Ind., will on the 10 day of June, 1907, at 8 c’clock p. m. at the Council Chamber, in the Court House receive sealed bids for the construction of the Cullen and-Forest street sewer according to plans and specifications, now on file in the City Clerk’s office. Biddeis must file with their bid a certified check or bond of not less than 2 per cent of the amount of their bid to insure the execution of a contract.
