SHERIFFS SUECause 7141. By virtue of a certified copy of a Decree to me directed, from the Clerk’s office of the Jasper Circuit Cpurt in a cause wherein Emmet L. Hollingsworth plaintiff and John W. Horton and Ada I. Horton his wife are defendants, requiring me to make the sum of seven hundred and ninety-five ($795.85) dollars and eighty-five cents, with interest on said decree and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on Satarday, the Bth day of Jane, 1917, between the.hours of to o’clock A. M. and 4 o’clock P. M. of said day, at the door of the Court House of said Jasper County, Indiana the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years, of the following described Real Estate, towit: Lots eleven, n, twelve, 12,and thirteen, 13, in block two, 2, and lot one, I, in block three, 3, in Columbia Addition to the City of Rensselaer, in Jasper County, Indiana. If such rents and profits will not sell for a sufficient sum to satisfy said decree, interest and costs, I will at the same time and place expose at public sale the fee simple of said real estate, or so much thereof as may be sufficient to discharge said decree, interest and costs. Notice of Resolution for Improvement of Division and Main Streets. Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Rensselaer, Indiana, at a regular meeting held on the 13th day of May, 1907, passed a resolution for the improvement of Division and Main Streetin said city as follows to-wit: Commencing on Division Street at the intersection of Division and Washington Streets and' running north on Division Street to Main Street and thence North on Main Street to the Northerly line of the Right-of-way of the Chicago, Indianapolis & Louisville Railway. Said improvement to be made of stone macadam forty feet wide with cement cuibs on either side thereof. Notice is hereby given that the Common Council will meet at the Council Chamber on May 31st, 1907, at 8 o’clock, P. M., at which time all persons whose property may be affected by such proposed ' improvement may appear and be heard relative to said irnprovment and the necessity for same.
