Notice of Resolution For Sewer. Cullen and forest Streets. Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Rensselaer, Indiana, at a regular meeting/held on the 22nd day of April, is°7, passed a resolution for the construction of a sewer in said City upon the following described roule towit: Commencing on the west side of Forest street in said City at the intersection of said Forest street with the north line of Vine street and running thence south on the west side of Forest street to the intersection of Forest street with Cullen street and running th< nee southeasterly along the westherly stde of Cullen street to Mak-em-Se!f Sewer; and Commencing on the westerly side of Cullen Street on the line between lots two, 2, and three, 3, in block seven, 7, of the Original Plot of said City and running thence northwesterly akmg-the westerly side of Cullen ■street to Makc-etn-Self Sewer. Notice is therefore hereby given that the Common Council of said City will meet in Hfte Council Chamber in the Court Bouse in Rensselaer, Ind., on the 13th day of May, 1907, at 7:30 o’clock P. M., at which time all persons whose property may be affected by such proposed sewer improvement may be heard as to the necessity for the same. WITNESS my hand and the. Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Rensselaer, Indiana, at a regular meeting held on the 22nd day of April, 1907, passed a resolution for the construction of a sewer in said City upon the following described route, towit: Commencing at Make-em-self Sewer at a point on College street where a sewer “T” is now established a little west of the center of College street, and runningthence northerly from said sewer “T” to the center of said College street thence north in the center of said College Street to a point where the center of said College street intersects the center of Vine street, and thence east in the center of Vine street to a point north of the Alley between Lots 9 and 10 in Block (1) in Thompson's Addition. Jefferson StreetNotice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Rensseleer, Ind., at a regular meeting held on the 22nd day of April, 1907, passed a resolution for the con struction of a cement side walk in said City upon the following described route to-wit: Commencing on the easterly side of Jeflerson Street in said City at the intersection of said Jefferson Street with Vine Street and running thence south along the east side of said Jefferson street to the intersection of said Jefferson street with Clark street, or the County Road. Notice is therefore hereby given that the Common Council of said City will meet in the Council Chamber in the Court House in Rensselaer, Ind., on the 13th day of May, 1907, at 7.30 o'clock, P.
