Blacksmith Injunction Case Decided.
Judge Hanley has rendered his decision in the somewhat [noted blacksmith injunction case of Roades vs Geier, from Remington. The evidence was so contradictory, and both men proved their contentions by the testimony of so many good and certainly intentionally truthful citizens, that the judge could not do any better than to render a compromise decision. It was that the temporary injunction against Geier not to run a shop in Remington, be dissolved and not made permanent, and that Roades should have judgment against Geier for the costs of the suit. The witnesses were numerous and the cost will mount up to a pretty large sum.
