Notice of Petition For A Highway In Jasper and Newton Counties. In the matter of petition for a highway by Johh J. Lawler et. al. Notice is herehy given that there has been filed in the above entitled cause with the Auditor of Jasper County, Indiana a petition for a highway along the following route: Beginning ot the southwest corner of section fourteen (14) range eight west in Newton Conn-y, and extending thence east to the southwest coiner of section eighteen (18) range seven (7) west; also beginning at the northeast corners! section twelve (12) range eight (8) wast, and thence south to the southeast corner of section twentyfive(2s) range eight (8) west, said last highway being on the county line berween Jasper and Newton Counties; all of said land being in township thirty north. Said petition is signed by twentyfour free holders of said counties, at least three of whom residing in the immediate neighborhood of said highways reside in each county. All of said land is owned by John J. Lawler, and he alone is aflected thereby. Said petition will come up for hearing and the appointment of viewers at the .May term. 1907 on the first day) thereof of the Board of Commissioners of Jasper County, at which time all interested parties are admonished to be and appear.
