Indiana to be Dry State.
Under the slogan “Indiana a dry state by 1912” announcement o campaign issues to be bronght to ihe front during the next two jeais is made by the League »f Indiana as follows: ■ >- r “We are glad to announce that at the last meeting of the headquaitCrs or executive committee of the tudiana Anti-saloon League it was decided, first, that the agitation for the county feature to our remon S‘ranee law is to be continued; and, that a campaign be begun at once for a Constitutional amendment absolutely prohibiting the manufacture and sale of intoxicating liquors in the Sra*e of Indiana to oe submitted to the vote of the people at the earliest possible mo ment. i “These two issues are to be kept before the people. Public senti ment is to be aroused and we hope so educated that there will be such a demand that both measures will pass the next general assembly by an overwhelming majority. We are confident that if we have suffi cient funds to keep a foice of men in the field, to print literature to carry on a common-sense, businesslike, aggressive campaign we shall win.”
