Thorty Lear flit By A “lick-back.”
Frank Lear had both bones of his right arm broken last evening. He and B. K. Smith were working on an automobile and in attempting to start, the engine reversed on account of a premature explosion, causing the starting crank to fly back and hit him on the arm. He carries a poliey in the Fidelity Casualty Company that ought to help him bear the pain all the more heroically.—Monticello Journal.
