Funeral of Mrs. Stansfield.
The body of Mrs. Maria Stansfield accompanied by a large party ol friends, arrived from Chicago Sun day, on the 10:55 a. m. train,, and the funeral services were held at the Baptist church at 11:30, as previously announced. The religious services being conducted by Rev. H. L. Kindig, pastor of Trinity , M. E. church. Among the nda-> tives from away were four of her ! daughters, Mrs. Ida Smith and Mrs. Ella O’Brien, of Chicago, Mrs. George Patton, of Rossville, Ind., and Mrs. Theodore Miller, of Crawfordsville, Ind. There were also twelve grandchildren lrom different places. A very unusual feature of the funeral was that six stalwart grandsons acted as pall bearers. Jnterment was made in Weston - cemetery.—
