Cause No. 5417 of the Commissioner’s Court of Tasper t'ounty Indiana will be let to the ! lowest oral bidder on the 23rd day of April I 1907, at 2 o'clock p m at the office of the I Surveyor of said county in the court house at Rensselaer, Indiana.
