Against Pasteurinzing Milk.
Prof. Behring, the famous Berlin specialist on pulmonary diseases, is quoted as opposing the Pasteur system of purifying milk. He condemns also the sterilization of milk and the boiling of water to render them inocuous. He says that boiled milk is unsuitable food for infants. and that the boiling of water kills the elements intended by nature for the .making of bone and sinew.
