Notice of Sale of Bonds, Notice is hereby given, thaC the Treasurer of Jasper County, Indiana, will on the 10th day of April 1907, at 1 o’clock P. M. in’the City of Rensselaer, Indiana, offer for sale to the highest bidder for not less than the par value thereof the f dlowing bonds towjt:l2o Bonds ot $500.00 each issued in 20 equal series. Dated April Ist 1907. Drawing interest at 4J percent. Interest payable Mav 15th and Nov. 15th of each year,at Jasper Savings and Trust Co. in the City of Rensselaer, Indiana. Issued by the board of Commissioners of Jasper County Indiana, for the purpose of paying expenses of location and construction of The John M. Ott et al, stone road in Carpenter Township, and , Town of Remington, Indiana. Issued under provisions of Act of 1905 Sec. 62 to 76 | inclusive. There has never been any default in payment of any obligation issued by Jasper County. The successful bidder will be required to make immediate deposit of $2500.00.
