An, Indianapolis dispatch says: Governor Hanly left unexpectedly for the east and it is believed in state official circles that he has gone to Washington at the request of President Roosevelt to explain the hostile railroad legislation of the recent session. A number oi bills were enacted into laws and among them were some that the railroad companies regard as specially hurtful to their interert.
