Finds Severe Suffering.

Charles G. McAdams, of the State Bailroad Commission, who was sent by Governor Hanly into the southern part of the state to investigate flood conditions and wtth power to provide for the distribution of the emergency contingent fund of the state which the legislature recently authorized the governor to use for the relief of the flood sufferers, filed his report with Governor Hanly Monday. The report state that suffering in the flooded districts is not as bad now as it will be during the next three weeks. He placed | money {on deposit to the credit of Governor Hanly at several points for use in providing for the homeless.
