Urge Legislative Action For Teachers.

The Indiana State Board of Education at its closing session Friday in the office or state Superintendrnt Fassett A Cotton adopted a resolution expressing the sentiments of the members with regard to the proposed legislation increasing teachers’ salaries. The resolution states that it is most important that this session of the legislature exact a law whereby more money can be raised for an increase in teachers’ salaries. The resolution was drafted .only after an all-day consideration of the question and a conference with Senator T. T. Moore, chairman of the senate committee on education, and Repressentative Slimp, chairman of the house committee on education.
