One Cent Stamps in Book Books.

Indiana postmasters are being notified that preparations are being made to issue one cent postage in book form, beginning the first of March. There will be one size, containing 24 one cent stamps in four sheets of six stamps each, interleaved with paraffin paper and bound like the books of two centstamps. The selling price will be 25 cents "per book. A long felt want will thus be supplied.
