A Decision Made By The Supreme Court

The supreme court decided Friday that no name may be withdrawn from a blanket remonstrance against saloon licenses under the Moore law after the petition has been presented to the board of county commissioners. This ruling was made in denying a rehearing of the case vs Allen, in which it was argued that withdrawals might be made at any time within three days of a regular ses sion of a board of county commissioners.
