Barnes of Evansville has received a letter from n man at Freeport, 11L, who signed himself “Twenty-Year-Old Bill,” saying that he murdered Lircie Buento, aged 9, in Evansville iq 1897. Frank Harris. 45 years of age. was found guilty in the Circuit Court in Jeffersonville Of assault on his twin stepdaughters. The jury was out twenty minutes, and returned a verdict of life imprisonment in the State penitentiary. '
