Masters, Francis M. EYoss That heretofore a ditcli petition was filed for the opening and widening of the Jungles Ditch and for the change of the outlet thereof. This cause bears No. 4896 of the Board of Commissioners of Jasper County, Indiana, that notices were served on all land owners named in the petition and the cause docketed under the foregoing title; that the petition w-as referred to the Drain age Commissioners -with directions to file their preliminary report, which was filed with the Auditor of Jasper County, Indiana, on January 3, 1907, in which preliminary report you are named, andyeach of you as the owner of land and interested in the ditches and drains which will be affected by the proposed improvement, which begins seventy (70) rods north and thirty (30) feet east of the northwest correr Of the southwest quarter of section nineteen (19], township thirty-one [3l] north, range six 6 west, in jasper County, Indiana, and from thence following the line of what is known as the Jungles Ditch to Stake No. 132 of said jungles Ditch and from thence in a southerly and westerly direction to a point between sections seven 7 and eight 8 in Barkley township, Jasper County, Indisna, and from thence in a southerly and westerly direction following the line of a private ditch constructed by Mulford, Comer, Davisson and others, westward to the public ditch designated and known as the Davisson patera! to to the Iroquois River and from thence following the line of the said Davisson Lateral to the Iroquois River, tvhere the s ame will have a good andsufficient outlet, as well as a large_ lateral connecting therewith, commencing twenty 20 feet west and twenty 20 feet north of the northeast corner of section nine 9, township thirty 30, range 6ix 6 west, and from there in a general northerly and westerly direction where it enters the main ditch at St ake 219 plus 65 feet, all in Jasper County, Indiana, and this is to notify you that your lands are described in said preliminary report ahd liable to be assessed therefor as the Davisson Lateral to the Iroquois River, appropriated for an outlet for this improvement. You are further notified that the preliminary report will come up for hearing before the Board of Commissioners of Jasper County, Indiana, on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 1907, and this is to notify you of such fact and if you desire to file objections or remonstrance this is lo give you your day in court as the law directs and if service is'not had on all parties bs said date for tw< nty 20 days, then the matter will come up for hearing before said' Board of.
