New Apportionment Bill.
The Indianapolis Sun says that there will be a congressional apportionment bill introduced at this t-es-«ion of the legislature. One of the districts to be changed is the Tenth. Tippecanoe and Warren counties are to be shifted to some district ©wing to a factioual fight in the district The county of Starke is 4© be added to the Tenth district.
Dies At Age Of 100 Years.
The Rev. Wesley Borders, 100 yrs ' (old, died at Wiuamae, Wed. night <of old age. He had been active and vigorous until recently. He nyas born in Virginia and was the father of fourteen children. Te had more than 100 grandchildren, many great graudchildren and two great great-graudchildreu, the two = children of K. Ward of Winamac. Mrs. Ward was a great-grand-daughter of Borders.
