Indiana Rural Routes.

Jan. 1, the beginning of the new year, Indiana had 2,129 rural routes in operation. Only three other states have more working rural routes than has the Hoosier state, l’heie are in Indiana only 28 petitions pending for the fer vice,

which shows that the state is pretty well cleaned up and the people have almost a perfect service all over the state. Out of the large number of routes iu operation in the state only 10 of them have triweekly service; all others are daily.
