Goodland And Wolcott Go Dry.
Both Goodland and Wolcott have joined the ranks of progress and temperance reform, by shutting out saloons by blanket remonstrances. The new Remington remonstrance was filed Wednesday, and is signed by 322 voters. This is 96 more than was needed for a major ity, as shown by the votes cast at the recent election.
