More About the Two Bad Boys.
A telegram was'received by Mar shal Parks Friday evening - from James Butler, of Chicago, father of one of the boys who were expelled from the College and later goi into trouble at Water Valley, and returned to Redeselaer. He asked * that the boys be sent to him in care ol the conductor. The fiiSP” shal replied that the boys had already jest here presumably for Chicago. Sat. morning a letter came stat ing that the boys had not yet arrived and expressing the fear that they might be killed in trying to bum their way back to the city. They were entirely Without money. The father asked the marshal to be on the outlook for them and to notify him if anything was learned of their whereabouts:
Johnny Butler and Johnny Mahoney, the two boys suspended from College, got back into Rensselaer again Saturday afternoon, and were gathered in by the Marshal and furnished accommodations by Sheriff O’Connor tintil Sunday morning when they were sent to Chicago to their homes. The little chaps had been bu mming around on the trains and When they reached hero they were hungry and fexhausted and thoroly glad to be given a place to stay until their fathers were heard from again. One oi them cried when told how solicitous his father was about him. They were apparently a couple of thoroly penitent prodigals.
