Notice is hereby given to the inhabitants of the City of Rensselaer, Indiana, that a vacancy has occured in the office of Councilman at large for said City by the death of John F. McColly, one of the duly elected and qualified Councilmen at large in said City; and that the vacancy thus occasioned will be tilled by the Common Council of said City at a special meeting thereof called to meet at 7 o’clock P.
