A Couple from Brownstown.
There was a quiet little family wedding at seven o’clock Wednesday evening, Sept. 12th, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. George F. Meyers, at the corner of Division and Rutsen streets. The parties were a couple from Brownstown, Jackson County, namely Mr. Meed S. Findley and Miss Erma L. Lubker, the latter being a cousin of Mr. Meyers. The ceremony was performed by Rev. J. CL Parrett, pastor of the Rensselaer Presbyterian chursh. Only members of Mr. Meyers family were present After the wedding, refreshments of icecream and cake were served. The newly married couple left this Thursday afternoon, for Indi anapolis, where, after a few days stay there and at the state fair, they will returd to Brownstown which will continue to be their home.
