Camp Harrison Is Broken.

Gen. Carter, commander at Fort Benjamin yesterday received a telegram from the war department authorizing him to break camp Sept. 15. The first organization to leave the camp will be the artillery battalion, consisting of the Fourteenth and Twenty-first batteries, which will go overland to Michigan City, where target practice will be held. The artillery batta>ion will leave Friday.
