Hurty Sends Note of Warning.

Dr. J. N. Hurty, secretary of the state board of health, is sending out circulars admonishing parents, through the physicians and the press, to be alert as to the condition of their children during the present warm season. The circulars make the announcement that one death in every twenty is due to diarrhoeal trouble which applies to the mature person as well as the infant.
