A Wedding Stops a Prosecution.

Mr. Francis Marion Walters and Miss Hattie Nicholas, both of Bark ley Tp., were married by Squire S. C. Irwin, at his office, about four o’clock Tuesday afternoon, August 28th- They were entirely unacompauied by friends, but Dr. HJ J. Kannal and George Col vert chanced in to sign the returns as witnesses. The marriage will put an end to a prosecution in the circuit court began against the present groom by the present bride, about four mouths ago.
