Westville Does Well Without Saloons.
Westville Indicator: The LaPorte Republican quotes H. B. Herrald of this place as saying that the doing away with saloons and improved business conditions here. This opinion is generally held among our people, and it is a source of considerable gratification. There does not appear the least prospect of a reversion to the days of the dramshop. Some boot legging is evidently going on in defiance of the law and public opinion which if permitted to (continue without rebuke, will become a running ulcer, doing more harm than a legalized saloon. Stamp it out.
