In general order No. 2 .just issu e 1 by E. R. Brown, department commander of the State G. A. R., the details for [the next national encampment at Minneapolis. Minn , are given. With references to this which will be held from August 13 to 18, the commander says: “The usual rate of oue cent a mile each way, based on the shortest route, has bee* granted by the rail roads. The round trip from Chicago is SB. Double the number of miles from your own town, and you will have the round trip rate for yourself.
